About Us
Hello and welcome! My name is Tom Corrigan, and I’m a certified home inspector proudly serving Peterborough, the Kawarthas, Durham, and Northumberland County.
My journey with homes began early. I worked in construction on many homes throughout the Peterborough area, gaining hands-on experience and learning how houses are built from the ground up. That foundation led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Architecture.
