About

My Goal is Simple — to Provide Every Client With Clear, Comprehensive, and Trusted Information About One of Their Most Important Investments: Their Home

After graduating, I spent time working in downtown Toronto on large-scale projects. While the experience was valuable, I quickly realized that life behind a computer in the concrete jungle wasn’t for me. I returned to hands-on work by bootstrapping and operating my own construction business in Kawartha Lakes, which I owned and ran for over a decade. During that time, I worked directly in carpentry, restoration, and residential construction, developing a deep, practical understanding of building systems, materials, and long-term performance.

After moving back to Peterborough to be closer to family, I saw an opportunity to combine my architectural training and construction experience through home inspection. I completed the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Course and entered mentorship as a professional home inspector.

Today, I bring a unique, well-rounded perspective to every inspection—combining the technical knowledge of an architect with the practical insight of a tradesperson. Whether I’m assessing structural integrity, identifying maintenance concerns, or evaluating safety and efficiency, my goal is always the same: to provide thorough, detailed, and unbiased inspections that empower homeowners, buyers, and investors to make confident decisions.

If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, detail-oriented inspector who values transparency, integrity, and service, I’d be happy to help you every step of the way.
